This Circle utilizes a digitized version of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Shoulder Score (ASES) validated outcome assessment. Follow up milestones include: baseline, 1-month, 3-months, 6-months, 12-months, and 18-months following treatment. Circle members are invited to include up to 5 custom clinical questions to capture treatment-related data for research-related activities.
