This Circle utilizes a digitized version of the Foot Function Index (FFI) validated outcome assessment.  Follow up milestones include: baseline, 2-weeks, 2-months, 6-months, and 12-months following treatment.  Circle members are invited to include up to 5 custom clinical questions to capture treatment-related data for research-related activities.

CMS will soon penalize providers performing total knee replacements which do not collect specified outcomes data from at least 50% of qualifying patients.

Other Providers Performing TKAs

Private insurance companies and other payers within and outside the U.S. will follow the CMS lead in requiring high patient compliance in reporting long-term TKA outcomes.
