This Circle utilizes a digitized version of the Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score, Joint Replacement (KOOS, JR) validated outcome assessment.  Follow up milestones include: baseline, 1-month, 3-months, 6-months, 12-months, and 18-months following treatment.  Circle members are invited to include up to 5 custom clinical questions to capture treatment-related data for research-related activities.

Circle Objective Abstract:

Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative joint disease of the knee which affects articular cartilage and is associated with pain, swelling, and loss of function. The KOOS, JR is a validated assessment that evaluates overall knee health following joint replacement. The survey evaluates stiffness, pain, function, and activities of daily living, providing physicians with relevant patient-reported measures of knee OA. The KOOS, JR is user-friendly, requiring minimal effort from patients to complete, and yields valuable insights for medical practitioners. This Circle helps to measure knee OA patient outcomes using the KOOS, JR scale. We welcome interested practitiners to join this Circle to gain access to these reports and contribute their own real-world cases to further enhance understanding and management of knee OA.
